Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, managing bar inventory, and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink options.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including Aloha POS, to manage tabs and payments.
• Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as necessary.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to support banquet services or special events as needed.
• Uphold high standards of customer service in a nightclub or restaurant setting, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Skills

• Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry or nightlife establishments.
• Strong knowledge of retail math to manage cash handling and inventory effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patrons.
• Familiarity with various drink recipes, mixology techniques, and bar equipment operation.
• Experience using POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues across various departments.

Pay: $16.07 - $25.00 per hour
