Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team in a vibrant and fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and creating an enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your experience in fine dining or nightlife settings will be invaluable as you interact with patrons and ensure their satisfaction.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper storage of supplies.
• Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Process transactions accurately using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety and handling regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events or catering services to ensure timely service.
• Handle cash transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate records of sales.

Skills

• Proficient in using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems for order processing.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Excellent sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items and specials.
• Previous fine dining experience is preferred, along with knowledge of food service standards.
• Familiarity with basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
• Strong customer service skills, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Experience in nightclub settings or banquet services is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.50 - $18.50 per hour
