Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a experienced Bartenders to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. .

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils..
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking drink orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Operate POS systems for processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquets or special events to ensure seamless service.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons.
• Demonstrate effective time management skills to handle busy periods while ensuring quality service.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in nightclub settings.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is essential.
• Knowledge of food handling practices within the food industry is a plus.
• Strong sales skills to promote beverage specials or upsell items when appropriate.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
