Bartender

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining excellent time management to ensure prompt service during busy hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards.
• Handle cash transactions accurately through POS systems, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Restock bar supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth operations throughout shifts.
• Assist in catering events, banquets, or nightclub settings by serving drinks efficiently in fast-paced environments.

Experience

• Prior experience working as a bartender in a restaurant, fine dining establishment, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is essential for order processing and sales tracking.
• Strong skills in customer service, sales, and upselling beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Experience with retail math, basic math skills, and cash handling to ensure accuracy in transactions.
• Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous experience in brewing or hospitality environments will be considered an asset for understanding diverse beverage offerings. Pay: $5.00 - $10.00 per hour
