Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving drinks, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests in both fine dining and nightclub settings.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling practices.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders efficiently while managing time effectively.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations for billing.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders during banquets and catering events.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Provide recommendations on drink pairings and menu items based on customer preferences.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a must.
• Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests.
• Knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail preparation methods is beneficial.
• Experience in food service, catering, or banquet operations is desirable.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions are required.
