What You’ll Do:

Deliver exceptional guest experiences with warmth, precision, and personality. Craft classic and signature cocktails with consistency. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout service. Engage with guests to recommend drinks, pairings, and menu highlights. Collaborate with FOH and BOH teams to ensure smooth service flow. Uphold all safety, sanitation, and responsible service standards.

What You Bring:

2+ years bartending experience in upscale or high-volume settings.

Deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques.

Greek spirit knowledge a plus but not required.

Strong multitasking and time management skills.

POS proficiency and cash handling accuracy.

A guest-first mindset and team-oriented attitude

TIPS or equivalent alcohol service certification (recommended)
