Stoners Pizza Joint is looking for energetic, outgoing, and hospitality-driven bartenders to help create an exceptional guest experience. We’re building a team that takes pride in great service, works well together, and knows how to keep the atmosphere fun, professional, and welcoming.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards
• Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming bar environment
• Engage with guests while maintaining professionalism and efficiency
• Verify identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Accurately enter orders and process payments through the POS system
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar throughout the shift
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies as needed
• Follow all health, sanitation, and safety standards
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties
• Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred Strong knowledge of spirits, beer, wine, and classic cocktails Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds Must meet all state and local requirements for alcohol service
