POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a Bartender who will provide exceptional service by preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to creating memorable guest experiences, supporting smooth bar operations, and upholding the company’s service standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare alcoholic and nonalcoholic responsibly drinks for guests
• Take orders, serve food and drinks responsibly to guests
• Process transactions using a POS system
• Comply with all food and drink regulations
• Complete side work duties as assigned
• Stock the bar to par levels
• Winning attitude and dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction
• Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to guest concerns
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work as a member of a team

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask various projects and events
• High energy and outgoing personality
• Extremely organized and detail oriented
• Availability at least one day out of the weekend (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday)

COMPENSATION

• Experience needed | 1-2 years preferred
• Must be 18-years old or older
• Able to work a flexible schedule
• Free bowling, duckpin, arcade play, and axe throwing

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50lbs
• Must be able to stand for 4-8 hours at a time
• Must be comfortable in an occasionally loud atmosphere
• Must be able to be exposed to occasional bright and flashing lights
• Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 40lbs
