Job Summary

Tail Spin Market is looking for a dependable, outgoing, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. We are seeking someone who can provide excellent customer service, work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Check IDs and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service
• Operate cash register/POS system and handle payments accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked bar area
• Assist with cleaning and light side work as needed
• Follow all health, safety, and responsible beverage service guidelines

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Wisconsin Bartender License or a valid Village of Caledonia Bartender License that remains active through June 30, 2027
• Previous bartending experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Reliable attendance and transportation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds
