Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders accurately
- Utilize Toast POS system to enter orders efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and equipment
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Monitor alcohol consumption to ensure guest safety
- Upsell drinks and promote specials to increase sales
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience in bartending or hospitality industry preferred
- Knowledge of brewing, food handling, and food service procedures
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
