You will receive your hourly wages $2.13 or $10 hour if your door guy.

You will collect tips as paid to you by customers.

Employees are specifically prohibited from:

Hosting personal events at the Soho Lounge.

Serving free drinks to your friends or family.

Calling anyone other than the General Manager for issues of work attendance/punctuality.

Changing work shifts with anyone without prior approval of GM /Owner.

Drinking on the job, under ANY circumstances.

Engaging in any sexual misconduct in the workplace.

Engaging in any inappropriate behavior toward employees or patrons

Coming to work while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Asking your colleagues to clock in for you.

Employees Will:

Follow your superior’s directions (meaning owner).

Wear appropriate dress code while working.

Be properly groomed and practice standard hygiene at all times at the workplace.

Always wash your hands before leaving the restroom.

Create a positive work environment for all your colleagues.

Complete the check out list at the end of each shift.

Make sure your well is clean & organized correctly.

Throw way empty bottles.

Starch off all TABC stickers once the bottle is empty.

Zero Tolerance

The company exercises Zero Tolerance for violation of its code of ethics or regulatory compliance.

Regulatory Compliance:

All Employees will comply with TABC and TTB rules regarding sale and use of alcohol in a commercial enterprise. All servers will have completed their TABC certification prior to employment.
