Position: Bartender

Trailside Tavern & Patio is seeking a friendly, reliable, and hardworking Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional service to every guest.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and company standards
• Accurately take food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
• Check guest identification and comply with all Minnesota alcohol service laws
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest tabs accurately
• Monitor guest alcohol consumption and promote responsible service
• Assist with opening, closing, and cleaning duties
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth restaurant operations
• Help maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests both at the bar and throughout the restaurant

Qualifications

• Previous bartending or serving experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 30 pounds
• Must be dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Must meet all Minnesota alcohol service requirements
