Position Summary

Prepare handcrafted beverages according to established recipes, procedures, quality standards, and service speed requirements while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare handcrafted beverage items according to company standards for quality, consistency, presentation, and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain proper stocking, restocking, and organization of the work area on a daily basis.
• Ensure beverages are prepared accurately, consistently, and in a timely manner.
• Use knives and other kitchen tools safely and correctly when preparing garnishes and ingredients.
• Complete prep tasks as needed according to recipes, procedures, quality standards, and service expectations.
• Accommodate guest requests by preparing beverages according to specifications whenever possible.
• Maintain beverage storage areas, including receiving, stocking, rotation, and inventory organization.
• Work closely and communicate effectively with both Back-of-House (BOH) and Front-of-House (FOH) team members in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and beverage preparation areas throughout each shift.

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and sanitation standards.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with beverage preparation.
• Previous barista, bartender, or beverage preparation experience is preferred but not required.
