Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a welcoming environment that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS efficiently for order processing, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and basic math calculations for change and totals.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking, adhering to all alcohol service laws and policies.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate serving food during catering events or banquet functions.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure prompt service without sacrificing quality or safety standards.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is essential for efficient order processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
• Previous experience working as bartender in the food industry with knowledge of mixed drinks proficiency is advantageous for managing transactions accurately.
• Experience with catering events or large-scale banquet service is a plus, demonstrating versatility in various hospitality settings.
• Ability to multitask effectively using excellent time management skills in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or busy restaurants.
