Bartender

Position Summary
We are seeking an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Bartender to join our team. This role requires a team player who can provide exceptional guest experiences while balancing bartending, serving, cleaning, and operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming guest experience.
• Take food and beverage orders and provide table service when needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, dining areas, and service stations.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies throughout shifts.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and POS system operations accurately.
• Assist teammates and support all areas of the business during busy periods.
• Follow all responsible beverage service and food safety guidelines.
• Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and willingness to help where needed.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 40 pounds during shifts.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and some closing shifts.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Schedule: Part-Time / mid shift, weeknights and weekends
Compensation: Hourly + Tips
