Wissahickon Brewing Company is an award-winning (World Beer Cup, Best of Philly), family-owned and operated brewery based in Philadelphia, PA. We currently have three locations—our original taproom and production facility in East Falls, our taproom & kitchen in Olde Kensington, and our newly-opened restaurant in Maple Glen. We strive to create dynamic, community-driven spaces where guests can enjoy authentic, world-class beverages and food.

The Position

We are currently hiring full and part-time bartenders for our EAST FALLS taproom. We’re looking for enthusiastic, skilled bartenders to help us create an unforgettable guest experience. If you’re passionate about craft beer, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy connecting with people, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do

• Serve beer, cider, cocktails, kombucha, and other beverages efficiently and responsibly
• Provide exceptional customer service, product knowledge, and hospitality
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout the shift
• Open and close the bar in accordance with taproom procedures
• Assist in maintaining accurate tabs and handling cash and POS transactions
• Support overall taproom operations—including restocking, cleaning, and setup
• Be an ambassador for our brand, our beer, and the experience we’re building

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of bartending experience (taproom or brewery experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced setting
• Willingness to wear multiple hats and step in wherever needed
• Knowledge of craft beer styles and service preferred—or a willingness to learn
• Must be 21+ and able to lift 50lbs

Pay: $21.74 - $26.18 per hour
