Bartender – Brienzo's Pizza + Bar

Brienzo’s Pizza + Bar is looking for a high-energy, hospitality-driven Bartender to join our team.

This is not a “stand behind the bar and pour drinks” role.

We’re looking for someone who can own the bar, control the energy, and elevate the guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Execute cocktails, beer, and wine service with speed and consistency.
• Create an engaging, high-energy bar atmosphere.
• Interact with guests and drive repeat business through hospitality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar.
• Work closely with the service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle high-volume shifts while keeping standards high.
