Bartender

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our dynamic hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, billing, and cash handling.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and balancing registers at shift end.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving snacks or light bites during busy hours or events like banquets or catering functions.
• Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills required.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math for transactions, tips calculation, and inventory counts.
• Previous experience in retail math, hospitality, brewing, or food industry roles is advantageous.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
