Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including equipment and supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries promptly.
• Utilize POS systems for processing orders and managing transactions efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.

Experience

• Previous bartending experience
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
• Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling and order processing.
