Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and specialty drinks, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Manage POS systems such as Toast POS for accurate order processing, cash handling, and sales recording.
• Develop new beverage recipes and suggest pairings to elevate guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, perform basic math calculations for billing, and reconcile cash at shift end.
• Collaborate with the bar management team to uphold service standards and implement promotional activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Bartender with knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine selection, craft beer service, and beverage recipe development.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast for efficient order entry and sales tracking.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple drink orders simultaneously.
• Knowledge of food safety procedures, proper food handling practices, and alcohol serving regulations.
• Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality environments is highly desirable.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods without compromising quality or service speed.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing processes.
• Additional experience in catering, banquet service, or food industry settings is advantageous.
