Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure an exceptional bar experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area according to food safety standards
• Process cash and card transactions efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
• Develop and suggest beverage recipes to enhance the menu and cater to guest preferences
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and monitor alcohol consumption to ensure responsible service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff for food and beverage pairing, especially during banquet or catering events
• Uphold all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies at all times

Skills

• Extensive experience with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS
• Strong knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer brewing techniques
• Proven ability in beverage recipe development and presentation skills
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service
• Previous fine dining or restaurant experience preferred; banquet or catering experience is a plus
• Knowledge of food handling, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service practices
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and inventory management
• Experience with hospitality industry standards including serving in a fast-paced environment
