Bartender

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in both nightclub, college and fast paced environments. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by providing high-quality service, crafting delicious beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces.
• Handle cash transactions accurately using the Toast POS system, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies.
• Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations while serving drinks.
• Collaborate with all staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Provide assistance to guests as needed, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within a nightclub or college setting is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
• Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Excellent cash handling skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of food handling safety practices is required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
