- 4. Monitor inventory levels and assist with stocking, replenishment, and inventory control.
- 5. Accurately process member charges and beverage transactions.
- 6. Support club events, tournaments, banquets, and special functions as assigned.
- 7. Comply with all club policies, safety procedures, and applicable alcohol service regulations.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency, accuracy, and attention to presentation.
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to members and guests at the bar and in dining areas.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the bar, including restocking beverages, garnishes, and supplies.
- Monitor guest consumption and follow all alcohol service laws and club policies to ensure a safe environment.
- Process orders and payments accurately through the POS system.
- Support service team with food running, table clearing, and event setup as needed.
- Uphold Keowee Key hospitality standards, club values, and appearance guidelines.
