Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute craft cocktails consistently and efficiently
• Provide exceptional, engaging guest service at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bar station
• Accurately handle POS transactions and tabs
• Work collaboratively with barbacks, servers, and management
• Follow all house recipes, standards, and service procedures
• Maintain knowledge of our cocktail menu, spirits, and ingredients
• Uphold all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• Bartending experience preferred, but strong ambition and willingness to learn is required
• Passion for cocktails, spirits, and hospitality
• Calm, professional demeanor under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Japanese language skills a plus (not required)
