Bartender

• Rediviva Restaurant is seeking an experienced bartender to add to our staff!
• We are a busy, casual-fine dining restaurant by Chef Andy Bickar, located in the heart of downtown Aberdeen. (Our bar program is focused around creative craft cocktails that change seasonally, local beer partnerships, and Northwest wines.)
• Our work environment prioritizes hospitality and teamwork across all roles. - As a bartender, you will collaborate with our existing bar staff to continue developing our cocktail program, providing direction and creativity, technical skills coaching, and inventory management.
• As part of the leadership team, you will be responsible for consistently providing excellent hospitality to guests and support to other staff, always leading by example.
• In the event of other managers' absence, you will be comfortable and capable providing leadership on the floor.
• Job Requirements & Responsibilities-Prior success bartending in a craft style bar, as well as in-depth knowledge of classic cocktails, a wide range of spirits, and solid bartending techniques are all required.
• This is an active bartending position.
• Ability to serve and host, and a willingness to do both when needed, are also necessary. Guaranteed shifts for a full time schedule, opportunity for paid time off, health and dental insurance available at hire. Company Laptop provided. Relocation Fee available.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
