Bartender - 2 Year Cocktail Focused Experience Needed

Wheated restaurant, a New York pizza and cocktail restaurant, is opening its second location in Louisville. We are looking to hire experienced cocktail bartenders as part of our opening team.

Our vision emphasizes salads, appetizers, pizza and craft cocktails in a casual setting, with bartenders acting as ambassadors to our guests to provide a consummate level of hospitality in all aspects of service. Successful candidates should love talking about, drinking and making cocktails and should have relevant experiences working in a bar / restaurant.

Other requirements include:
· At least 2 years of progressive, relevant craft cocktail bartending experience.
· Familiarity with food handling and safety guidelines
· Ability to work effectively in a team environment
· A positive and professional attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to maintain a high standard of customer service while performing a myriad of tasks.
· Open availability. Looking to fill 1-2 shifts a week. Great opportunity if you are bartending 2-3 shifts elsewhere.
· Being comfortable with steps of service within a bar-dining atmosphere is a must!
