Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests upon arrival, providing friendly and attentive service.
• Prepare and serve a variety of specialty cocktails, agave spirits, wine and beer.
• Provide an extensive knowledge of both alcohol and food offerings to provide the highest quality of hospitality service.
• Take and serve food / beverage orders accurately, ensuring timely delivery and presentation that meets our high standards.
• Set up and clear tables promptly - maintaining cleanliness, organization and a sense of urgency throughout your shift.
• Handle customer inquiries or concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols diligently, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

Requirements

• Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Experience serving food and beverages in a fast-paced setting; banquet or catering experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards.
• Previous hospitality or restaurant experience demonstrating excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
• Current and local TIPS certification
