Bartender and Server

We are seeking skilled and enthusiastic Bartenders and Servers to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while serving a variety of wines, beers and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain an organized bar area, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Engage with customers, providing excellent service and recommendations based on their preferences.
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register and our TOAST POS system.
• Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies.
• Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Skills

• Proven experience at least 6 months in the bartending service industry is preferred.
• Familiarity with TOAST POS system. system for efficient order processing.
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively.
• Ability to perform retail math for accurate cash handling and inventory management.
• Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences for guests..
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
• BASSET Certification required (or must obtain within 2 weeks of hire)
