Bartender and Server

Bill’s Pizza & Pub is seeking an energetic Bartender / Server (21+) to join our team for the summer season. We are a fast-paced, high-volume pizza restaurant and bar, and we are looking for team members who take pride in providing friendly, professional service while keeping up with a busy environment.

This role involves preparing drinks, taking food and beverage orders, and creating a welcoming guest experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and dining room guests
• Take food and drink orders and enter them accurately into the Toast POS system
• Deliver attentive, friendly service in a high-volume restaurant environment
• Check customer identification and comply with all alcohol service laws
• Maintain a clean, organized bar and service station
• Restock bar inventory, glassware, and supplies as needed during shifts
• Coordinate with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service
• Process payments and handle transactions through POS
• Provide a professional and welcoming guest experience

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• High-volume restaurant experience preferred
• Previous bartending or serving experience preferred
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to stay organized and efficient in a busy environment
• Comfortable using restaurant POS systems (Toast experience a plus)
• Valid BASSET certification required
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check

Pay: From $7.80 per hour
