Duties

• -Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
• -Prepare or serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision, adhering to recipes and safety standards

-Take food and drink orders accurately using TOAST POS system ensuring timely delivery
-Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining accuracy in transactions
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards
-Assist with food handling, serving, and catering events
-Upsell menu items confidently to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities

Skills

• -Proficiency with POS systems Toast for order entry and cash handling
• -Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that fosters guest satisfaction
• -Excellent time management abilities to juggle multiple tables or bar orders seamlessly
• -Experience in fine dining, banquet, or food service environments is mandatory
• -Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
• -Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and assist guests promptly
• -Familiarity with beverage preparation techniques in a hospitality setting
