Bartender and Server

`Burgerology is a fast paced family restaurant and bar. We have opened 8 locations in the last 5 years and we plan on opening 100 more. We love promoting from within and rewarding exceptionally hard working individuals. We are looking to hire Bartenders and servers for our Midtown Manhattan location which is located inside the Crowne plaza HY36 hotel. We prefer servers and bartenders with experience and good standing at previous jobs.
Part-time and full-time positions available.
Bartender Responsibilities:
Verify identification and age requirements of customers
Mix traditional and creative cocktails
Process payment from customers
Clean glasses and bar utensils
Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences
Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits
Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift
Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere
Our ideal Bartender must have prior experience in a high volume bar. Our cocktail program features fun innovative drinks that utilize dry ice and liquid activated LED ice cubes. We are looking for a head Bartender to help create,grow and develop the bar inside Burgerology Midtown.
Employees who excel in this position are usually promoted to server positions. We are will to promote and teach the right candidates.
