Bartender and Server

We are looking for an experienced Bartender to join our local dive bar team. This position is for someone who is hardworking, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while giving great service to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Bartending and serving customers at the bar and tables.
• Taking Food and drink orders accurately and knowing the menu and promotions.
• Mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, drink menus to business standard pour sizes.
• Providing friendly, efficient customer service.
• Handling cash and payments responsibly.
• Keeping the bar, dining area, and workstations clean and organized.
• Restocking beer, liquor, mixers, and supplies as used.
• Occasionally cooking and preparing fried foods.
• Helping with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Working as part of a team to keep serving running smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Must have bartending and/or serving experience.
• Open availability preferred.
• Strong work ethic and ability to stay self-motivated.
• Clean, organized, and able to keep up in a busy setting.
• Friendly personality with good customer service skills.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Comfortable multitasking and jumping in where needed.
• Reliable and punctual.
