About The Role
Armature Works Private Events
is looking for experienced bartenders to join our team. As a bartender, you’ll do more than just make drinks. You’ll help set the tone for each event by creating a welcoming atmosphere and delivering standout service. Our ideal candidate is professional, personable, detail-oriented, and knows how to keep things moving smoothly behind the bar while making every guest feel taken care of.
What You’ll Be Doing

Set up and break down your bar station before and after each event, ensuring everything is clean, stocked, and organized.

Welcome and serve guests with professionalism, speed, and a positive attitude.

Craft a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, consistently following recipes and presentation standards.

Provide wine service directly at guest tables when required.

Maintain a clean and tidy bar throughout your shift, including wiping surfaces, disposing of used glassware, and staying organized.

Monitor and restock glassware, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies; communicate any needs to the barback promptly.

Know the beverage menus inside and out so you can confidently guide guests and answer questions.

Keep open lines of communication with event managers and supervisors to report any issues or special requests.

Show up on time, in uniform, with a polished appearance and ready to work.

Follow all company policies, health guidelines, and service standards.

From time to time when the event calls for it, provide wine service at guest tables.

Please note: Bartenders may be assigned to work in traditional cash bars, open bars, or consumption-based bars, depending on the event and client requirements. Flexibility and adaptability are key.
Scheduling & Availability

The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed is key to this role.

Although we host events 7 days a week here at Armature, sometimes more than one event each day, but most shifts are during evenings and weekends.

A flexible schedule is available; let us know your availability up front so you are only scheduled when you are available, making it easy to work around school, another job, or other commitments.
Requirements & What We’re Looking For

At least 1 year of bartending experience in events, restaurants, or hospitality settings.

Great people skills; you’re outgoing, respectful, and can keep your cool under pressure.

A strong eye for detail and cleanliness.

This role involves extended periods of standing, the ability to stand on feet and walk around for extended periods without breaks to sit, is vital.

Comfortable lifting 25-50 lbs and being on your feet throughout the shift.

Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, holidays when needed as well as daytime and evening events.

Must have your own reliable transportation.

You must be 21 or older.
