Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner, providing personalized recommendations and attentive service.
• Manage POS transactions using systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, accurately handling cash, credit, and other payments.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring compliance with alcohol service regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during banquets or catering functions to deliver seamless service experiences.
• Handle food handling procedures safely while serving food or beverages in fine dining or nightclub settings.
• Effectively manage time during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar patrons efficiently without compromising quality.

Experience

• Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub, fine dining restaurant, or banquet setting is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing.
• Demonstrated ability in customer service, with excellent communication skills and a welcoming demeanor.
• Familiarity with food safety protocols, food handling, retail math, cash handling, and basic math skills necessary for accurate transactions.
• Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in compliance with legal regulations is essential.
• Background in hospitality or food industry roles that involve catering, brewing, or food service will be advantageous.
