Key Responsibilities

• Curate and craft sophisticated cocktails using premium spirits, fresh ingredients, and modern techniques
• Engage guests with personalized recommendations, sharing knowledge of flavor profiles, spirits, and cocktail trends
• Collaborate in developing seasonal and signature cocktail menus that reflect our high standards
• Maintain meticulous presentation, garnishes, and glassware for every beverage served
• Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and food safety standards
• Maintain a pristine, organized bar environment and set the standard for service excellence

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven experience in upscale bars, craft cocktail lounges, or fine dining establishments
• Deep knowledge of spirits, bitters, fresh ingredients, and cocktail trends
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask, work efficiently under pressure, and maintain high attention to detail
• Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs
