Bartender at The Public Kitchen & Bar

The Public Kitchen & Bar was created to elevate the casual dining experience while keeping a 'public' sensibility. We believe quality food and service in beautiful restaurants shouldn't just be reserved for "fine dining." We have a team of knowledgeable staff to provide thoughtful service to each guest that dines with us.

We are looking to add an experienced bartender to our team! The ideal candidate is passionate and enthusiastic about their craft. They must be motivated to further their knowledge of food, beverage, and overall hospitality. Our bar program focuses on seasonal cocktail menus that the entire team is encouraged to contribute to. Extensive wine and beer knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Make cocktails in a timely and efficient manner.

- Provide a high standard of hospitality to every guest.

- Prep before service.

- Provide guests with food and beverage suggestions.

- Keep the bar stocked and set up for success.

- Keep the bar clean and organized throughout the shift.

- Be punctual in all shifts and bar meetings.

- Contributing to seasonal cocktail lists is a plus.

Required Skills:

- Extensive knowledge of cocktails

- Team-oriented

- Positive attitude

- Professional verbal and written communication

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high volume environment

- Strong knowledge of liquors

- Base knowledge of wine and beer

- Savannah Server Training Permit Card

- POS knowledge (SpotOn experience is a plus)

Pay: $7/hour + Tips

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $7.00 per hour
