Bartender at The Quarry Golf Course

The Quarry Golf Club & Venue is looking for responsible, flexible, and experienced bartenders to join our growing team at the Granite Grille. Must be a driven team player that works well under pressure who is also willing to jump in and help out where needed. Motivated to exceed exceptional service by providing customers with friendly, prompt, and attentive service and modeling The Quarry standards at all times.

Bartenders will efficiently craft every drink to perfection and serve customers responsibly. Bartenders will also be a resource for servers in the restaurant to answer questions about our Spirited Drinks. Bartenders are committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during the shift and while preparing drinks.

Dining is primarily outside on the covered patio during summer months.

Duties included but not limited to:

• Performing opening/closing duties on each shift
• Have an extensive knowledge of the Granite Grille food and beverage menu and be able to make suggestions to guests
• Operate POS system for all transactions
• Run food and create drinks for guests in a timely manner
• Perform cleaning tasks throughout entirety of shift to ensure bar and stations are kept clean and to standard
• Exhibiting responsible serving to customers and following Ohio liquor laws

Currently hiring for the summer season, business fluctuates due to weather and golf availability

Previous bartending experience is required.

Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $8.55 per hour
