Bartender & Barista

BW Grill House is seeking energetic, customer-focused Barista/Bartenders to join our growing team. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys crafting great coffee and cocktails while delivering an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso drinks, cold brews, specialty beverages, and cocktails
• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude
• Accurately take and enter orders into the POS system
• Mix and serve alcoholic beverages responsibly and in compliance with all laws
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and coffee station
• Restock ingredients, garnishes, coffee supplies, and bar inventory
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Deliver fast, high-quality, and friendly service
• Assist with opening, closing, and daily side work
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Barista and/or bartending experience preferred (willing to train the right candidate)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to obtain Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

Pay: $22.01 - $26.51 per hour
