Bartender - Bedford Hall

Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Duties

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, ingredients, and presentation techniques.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
• Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes.
• Comply with all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for both staff and customers.
• Support banquet or catering events as needed by preparing drinks for large groups.

Experience

• Must be 21 years old or older.
• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Strong math skills for handling cash register transactions and basic retail math.
• Experience in sales or customer service roles is advantageous.
• Familiarity with banquet or catering services is a plus.
• Knowledge of food handling practices to ensure compliance with health standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $16.35 - $50.00 per hour
