Bartender / Beertender

HiJinx Brewing Company is looking for a couple of bartenders for our new location! Ideal candidates for our new tap room staff will have bartending experience, a good knowledge of craft beer, and restaurant experience. Brewing knowledge is a definite plus. A positive attitude and outgoing personality is paramount to maintaining our fun and comfortable vibe. We are looking for individuals who are able to work Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evenings, anytime on Saturdays and Sundays. We offer competitive wages and a fun, relaxed working environment.

Key Qualifications:

-MUST BE TRUSTWORTHY!!!

-MUST pay attention to detail and follow procedures

-MUST be flexible with additional responsibilities, as needed

-MUST be available Friday evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays

-RAMP & ServSafe Certified, or be willing to get certified within 90 days of employment

-Be willing to do offsite events

-Be able to lift 50+ lbs

-Have bartending and/or service experience; craft beer industry is preferred

-Good knowledge of craft beer styles; knowledge of the brewing process a BIG plus

-Strong interpersonal skills and effective oral communication

-Energetic and fun personality

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 per hour
