Timber Pizza is a full service catering team that specializes in weddings, in addition to food-truck style service at festivals and public events.

Join our dynamic team as a Bartender & Catered Events Specialist, where you will be the heart of memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you'll craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure seamless execution of catered events. Your energy and professionalism will help create a welcoming atmosphere, whether serving in our vibrant bar setting or managing elegant private functions. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met.
• Setup a physical bar and dining room on site in accordance with the event.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing their needs promptly and professionally.
• Set up, serve, and break down catering events, ensuring all food safety and food handling protocols are followed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy nights at the nightclub or banquet events.
• Manage time effectively to handle multiple tables or event duties simultaneously while maintaining high service standards.

Experience

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in bartending, banquet settings,
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Experience in serving alcohol responsibly while adhering to alcohol laws and food safety regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during fast-paced events or busy bar shifts.
• Prior catering or banquet experience is a plus, along with familiarity with food industry standards such as food handling and safety protocols. Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
