Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service.
• Engage guests with energetic dancing and lively interactions to enhance their experience and promote a fun atmosphere.
• Manage cash handling and cashiering duties efficiently while maintaining strict food safety standards.
• Take orders for food and drinks, ensuring proper serving techniques in settings ranging from nightclubs to banquet events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food handling regulations and health codes.
• Assist in catering events or special functions by providing exceptional customer service and supporting food service operations.
• Use excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously while delivering top-tier hospitality.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in fast-paced environments like nightclubs or fine dining venues.
• Experience in food industry roles such as bartending, serving, or banquet service; nightclub or catering experience is highly valued.
• Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and basic math for cash handling and sales calculations.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy shifts.
• Ability to perform energetic dancing routines that entertain guests while maintaining professionalism.
• Background in hospitality or food service industries, including restaurant experience or retail math proficiency, is preferred.
