High Flying Foods is looking for a skilled Bartender for our Santo Restaurant team at Denver International Airport. You will join a dynamic and positive team environment, maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence. Compensation: $16.27 per hour plus tips (or $19.29 per hour when not earning tips)

Welcome guests and guide patrons to help determine beverage preferences, make recommendations, upsell and take drink orders
Check identification and strictly follow all ABC guidelines to ensure customers are of legal age to purchase alcohol
Select and mix ingredients, garnish glasses, and serve beverages and food orders to customers
Inform customers about new menu items and specials
Manage inventory and order supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked
Serve food and remove used dishware, cutlery and glassware in a timely fashion
Carefully assess customer alcohol intake to avoid overserving
Adhere to all food safety, service, and quality regulations
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register
Maintain a clean work environment by helping clean the dining area, tables, bar area, including and washing glasses, utensils, and applicable equipment
Other duties as assigned
2+ years of bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant
Open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to verbally communicate with customers and coworkers
Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel for the duration of shift
