About the Role

The Den at Wolf Cove Inn is seeking a part-time Bartender / Dinner Server to join our small, high-performing team.

This hybrid role includes a minimum of two bartending shifts per week and two dinner serving shifts during peak season, supporting elevated farm-to-table dinners and special events.

This is a long-term, part-time opportunity within our evolving lakeside bar and food & beverage program.

Schedule & Seasonal Expectations

• Part-time position
• Evenings and weekends required
• March and April are considered shoulder season; shift availability during these months will vary based on occupancy
• More consistent scheduling begins in May through peak season

We value transparency and aim to communicate scheduling needs clearly and in advance.

What You’ll Do

• Craft thoughtfully built cocktails and mocktails using local and seasonal ingredients
• Bartend during dinner service and special events
• Serve guests during our elevated, multi-course dinner experience
• Support the bartender when scheduled as a server
• Maintain bar cleanliness, prep standards, and service consistency
• Deliver warm, polished hospitality in a boutique setting
• Work collaboratively with a small, team-oriented staff

What We’re Looking For

• Prior bartending experience preferred (craft cocktail experience a plus)
• Strong hospitality and communication skills
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable transitioning between bar and floor roles
• Calm and composed during busy service
• Team-oriented and flexible
• Passion for food, beverage, and creating memorable guest experiences
