The Country Club of North Carolina is seeking a part-time Bartender to join the team at the Dornoch Grille. This onsite position is ideal for a professional bartender who enjoys a polished environment, flexible scheduling, and delivering high-quality service to a loyal membership.

You'll prepare cocktails, beer, and wine to club standards while maintaining an organized, well-run bar. The role also supports front-of-house operations, including call-in orders and teamwork with kitchen staff to ensure smooth, efficient service.

What You'll Do

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to club standards

• Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests

• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area

• Take and communicate call-in orders accurately

• Assist with bussing tables and other front-of-house duties as needed

• Work collaboratively with servers, culinary staff, and management

• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines

• Address member concerns professionally and escalate when appropriate
