Position Overview

We are currently looking for professional, outgoing, and reliable Bartenders to join our growing event team. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys engaging with guests, and understands the importance of professionalism, teamwork, and creating memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Provide exceptional customer service and guest interaction
• Assist with event setup, breakdown, and bar organization
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism throughout each event
• Follow alcohol safety and service guidelines
• Represent the BarBae brand with positive energy and professionalism

Requirements

• Prior bartending experience required
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Bilingual preferred
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to warehouse or event locations as needed
• TIPS Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain certification)
• Strong communication and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
