BARTENDER (EXPERIENCED)

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, bringing creativity and energy to our bar environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all patrons in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting low stock levels.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food handling practices.
• Stay updated on drink trends and menu changes to provide informed recommendations to customers.

Experience

• Previous experience in bartending or a related role in a restaurant is required
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is a plus.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs efficiently.
