Bartender – Fine Dining / Craft Cocktail Experience Required

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Bartender / Mixologist to join our upscale, fine-dining team. This role requires strong craft cocktail knowledge, polished service skills, and the ability to perform in a high-volume, detail-driven environment. Responsibilities

• Prepare classic and contemporary craft cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision
• Provide elevated, guest-focused service while engaging guests and offering thoughtful recommendations
• Maintain strong knowledge of premium spirits, wine selections, and seasonal features
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency behind the bar in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Accurately manage POS systems, billing, and cash handling procedures
• Monitor inventory levels and restock liquor, mixers, garnishes, and bar supplies as needed
• Uphold responsible alcohol service standards and adhere to all alcohol safety laws

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bartending experience in fine dining or upscale craft cocktail environments
• Strong understanding of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation
• Professional demeanor with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed during high-volume service
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic retail math for accurate order processing and cash handling
• Familiarity with food safety standards and responsible alcohol service regulations
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and special events
