Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to create a lively and inviting atmosphere.
• Manage multiple drink orders while maintaining excellent time management to ensure prompt service during busy hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in accordance with food safety standards and health regulations.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties, while balancing registers at shift end.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving food items and supporting catering or banquet events.
• Monitor guest behavior to ensure safety and responsible alcohol service, adhering to all food handling and beverage regulations.

Skills

• Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and transaction processing.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours.
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order totaling.
