Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Banquet Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, provide outstanding customer service, and ensure smooth bar operations during our weddings and special events. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create unforgettable experiences for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of beverage service.

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards
• Manage bar inventory, restock supplies, and maintain cleanliness to ensure a safe and inviting environment
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their event experience
• Process cash transactions accurately using Micros POS
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service regulations to promote responsible drinking and guest safety

Requirements

• Proven experience as a bartender in banquet, fine dining, or hospitality settings
• Strong knowledge of mixology, spirits, wine, craft beer, and beverage recipe development
• Familiarity with Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering essential
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through effective time management skills
• Basic math skills for processing transactions and managing inventory accurately
